The Canada-Bulgaria Business Council is happy to join the Bulgarian Consulate in Montreal, as well as Arton Capital in hosting a cocktail celebrating March 3rd – Bulgaria’s National Holiday.

The invitations-only event will be held at the the offices of Arton Capital on March 5th, 2013, and will be attended by representatives of various diplomatic missions.
